Users receive these emails as a necessary part of using the service. Wrybe does not send unsolicited marketing emails and does not use purchased or third-party mailing lists.

7. Infrastructure and security tooling
In addition to our sub-processors, we use infrastructure and security tooling that processes technical or operational data only (such as domain names, certificate metadata, and system signals) and does not process user account or profile information.
- Let’s Encrypt: automated TLS certificate issuance and renewal.
- Google Certificate Authority: automated TLS certificate issuance and lifecycle management.
8. Data storage locations
wrybe is operated by Wrybe, Inc. (USA) and supports region-aware hosting. If you select a region, we use commercially reasonable efforts to store and process your primary service data in that region where the platform supports it. Some processing may occur in other locations (for example: global CDN caching, logging, security monitoring, support operations, and payment processing) as needed to provide and protect the Service.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risks, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to improve.
10. Access, correction, deletion
You can access and correct most personal information in your account. For deletion or additional requests, contact us at privacy@wrybe.com. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, security, backups, and compliance).
11. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics to understand product usage. See our Cookie Policy for details and opt-out options.
12. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps designed to ensure it is handled securely and in line with this policy and applicable law.
13. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. Do not use the Service if you do not meet eligibility requirements.
14. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
